In most cases the perimeter drains we replace are usually the older clay drain tile installed decades ago before PEX was invented. These days we replace ole weeping tiles with the newer PEX drainage pipes, which tend to last much longer.

During the 2010 Winter Olympics, the Richmond Olympic Oval was a venue for the long track speed skating events.

As of 2016, the city has an estimated population of 198,309 people with 60% being immigrants, the highest proportion of immigrants in Canada.

Richmond is located on Lulu Island at the mouth of the Fraser River. It encompasses adjacent Sea Island and some smaller uninhabited islets to the north and south. Neighboring communities are Vancouver and Burnaby to the north, New Westminster to the east, and Delta to the south. The Strait of Georgia forms it’s western border.

Richmond is a unique island city, favorably located within Metro Vancouver in close proximity to downtown Vancouver and the U.S. border. It comprises a series of islands nested in the mouth of the Fraser River with the coastal mountain range as a backdrop.
